Hello there! Thanks for visiting my blog!
My name is Janelle and I'm a self-taught web developer. My background is in marine biology and I've worked in some way shape or form with marine mammals since graduating college. My dream career was always to work with marine animals and I had the pleasure of doing that for more than 20 years.
Little did I know....
I have another dream career and that's web development!!!
I have experience building mobile-first websites utilizing semantic HTML, CSS, Sass, and most recently, JavaScript. Since starting my journey in 2020, I've learned so much about myself and I'm hoping to share some of my journey with you in my blog.
